Team Member Requirements

There are just a few simple requirements for you to be part of the 2019 Mission to Guatemala, sponsored by Donna Partow/WEU in partnership with Hispanic International Ministries and Hope of Life International. 

1. Click Join Now asap to register and begin fundraising the $550 mission trip fee. 

2. Submit your formal Application to Hope of Life no later than April 12. You can email it to Erica at erica@hopeoflifeintl.org Be SURE to specify in the subject line: Hispanic International Team

3. To receive a quote for airfare please click here to contact our travel agent, Barbara Maher from Go Travel. She will reply within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday 10am-5pm ET) You can add up to 4 people traveling together from the same city and flight times on this form. Your roundtrip flight to Guatemala City, Guatemala needs to arrive between 10am and 3pm on Saturday May 25th and depart between 10am and 3pm on Saturday June 1st. (La Aurora International Airport/Aeropuerto Internacional La Aurora. Airport Code: GUA) 

 If you wish to fundraise for your airfare, you can use a site like GoFundMe or CashApp
